World water day 2023. Main function was happened in CEWAS center at Rathmalana with participation of NWSDB higher officials. Second best IT use office - IT and commercial section in regional office 5. Third best laboratory - Bandarawela


By the end of 2024, the National Water Supply & Drainage Board - Bandarawela has empowered the community with 95,551 water connections, including 86,631 domestic connections and 7,520 non-domestic connections, marking an impressive 44% coverage — a significant step towards enhancing quality of life in the region.


We have achieved an impressive debt age of 2.21, showcasing the excellent bill payment behaviour and trust of our valued customers by the end of 2024.
